Today I would like to talk to you about something that matters a lot to me – hair care! I have a very specific routine when it comes to hair care, that I will explain in a later post. This time I would like to focus on the L’Oreal Elvive hair care line, since they have a very nice campaign going on at the moment. The idea is that you can access a test through their website and get customized advice for you hair. How cool is that?
I have been using the L’Oreal Elvive hair care products for many years. And the reason can be only one. Their products are good! Of course we all have different hair and it always comes with different needs. For this, L’Oreal Elvive has an extensive range of products, for different hair types and hair needs. For some years now, I been using a shampoo and a conditioner from L’Oreal Elvive. And not just a matching shampoo/conditioner set. I remember I did some research long time ago on what would be the best way to help my hair gain some volume and fix the oily roots , while maintaining my blonde highlights shiny and healthy. At the time I started using a shampoo to take care of the oily roots, which would also give extra volume, and a conditioner which would take care of the nutrition while keeping my highlights healthy and shiny. It has been working very well!
When I first heard about this test I was very curious to know what the result would be for my hair, and to be honest quite scared they would recommend me a full matching line which would target only 1 of the many needs my hair has.
But at the end, the result of my test pointed to a very similar treatment than the one I have been doing all this time! Yes! I was right! They also recommend me to use a shampoo and conditioner with each one targeting different needs! I was recommend the use of this new shampoo, with clay, witch targets oily roots and dry ends (solving 2 problems with 1 product)! The recommended conditioner will mainly repair my hair while giving it extra volume and making it look thicker. So their approach is a bit different from the one I was having and I’m really excited to try it!
So, what is your L’Oreal Elive colour? :)
