Florals, ruffles, and pleats, this is the perfect top!

December is here! The festivities have started and there’s more light, happiness and hope all around, despite the really cold days we are going through. It’s a time of joy and celebration. With all the parties and dinners coming up, a lightweight blouse can do wonders if you want to layer and keep warm for the outside but not boil when you get inside. And I found just one that will do wonders all year around!

It’s a very lightweight top, with extraordinary design detail and a beautiful floral print. I found it at Zara recently and just fell in love. It has a pleated front, ruffled sleeves, and fastens with a bow in the back. Absolutely gorgeous! I found similar tops with an equally affordable price at ASOS, like this or this one. I’m wearing the top with my faux leather skirt. You have seen this skirt a lot because it works so well with so many of my looks. It really is a must have. I bought mine at Zara years ago, but there are similar ones here and here. I’m also wearing my new Steve Madden boots. They arrived recently and are the perfect ankle boot!
