A trench coat is the ultimate transitional piece. Perfect for spring and still great for the autumn, the trench is the most timeless wardrobe staple you’ll ever buy. An investment that I felt it was well worth making and yet it was so hard to find the right one!

If you’re not new around here, you’re well aware of my love affair with bows. Big or small, as a ribbon or as a design detail, if it has a bow on it I’m likely to wear it. When present in my outfits, bows are usually a small detail. But I guess sometimes more is actually more, and when making myself a bow shirt I opted for a statement piece – the oversized bow!
Spring first blossoms are here and with them the first warmer days we’ve had in a long time. To celebrate I took my white jeans out of the closet and paired them with a pink sweater and my pink loafers. To finish the look, I tied a velvet ribbon into a bow around my neck, for a sweet final touch!

When I first laid my eyes on this J.Crew sweater some months ago I was sold. It wasn’t cheap so I considered it for quite a while until I realized that what really caught my eye was the bow at the collar. Apart from that, it was just a sweater like many others and I figured it wasn’t worth the investment. Instead, I set off to make my own.
I spend most of the Winter wrapped in dark clothes. While this is very convenient for rainy days, which happen more often than not, I sometimes wish I embraced more light colors during the cold season. I love the combination of pink and beige, a winning combo for those days when you want
